Without history, there can be no future. 

Your new Persona Profile cannot be created, unless it evolves from a previous one.

The new Phoenix rises from the ashes of its predecessor.

History provides us with the wisdom of the ages.

History is the foundation for the Future!

History is the teacher.  Future is the student! 

In aging, we gain wisdom.

Wisdom and knowledge are part of the ‘Equity of the Past’.

When we die, judgment will be passed on us by God and by history.

God will judge us on our moral and ethical failures and reward us for our contributions to the Greater Good.

History will acknowledge our successes and admonish our failures.

We can write a script for our Future, but we can never re-write the history of our Past.

With the exception of the ‘Equity of the Past’, our history and our Past are therefore irrelevant!

But history can also be the seducer of our Future.

If we ignore the lessons from our Past, we will be seduced into repeating them over and over . . . . until we get it right!

Ill-gotten successes from our Past can seduce us into pursuing limiting achievements in the Future.

The seduction of an easy victory that once lead us astray in the Past will often beckon us again with the allure of instant gratification.

But the seduction of success reaches well beyond our history.

We are constantly seduced into believing that success can be achieved through a process of gimmickry, false claims, fraudulent expectations and deceptive practices.

It seems that instant success and huge financial rewards await those who have online access and a valid credit card.

The internet has indeed become the “tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive” (Sir Walter Scott - 1808).

In times of economic hardship, the allure of instant gratification gives way to acts of desperation.

Gurus, internet marketers and unscrupulous false prophets are clamoring to promise you success at any price. 

Well, at least at their price!

Amazingly, they all discovered the “secret of success” that keeps eluding you!

And they all want to share their secret with you, as long as you are willing to show them the magic of your wallet.

Some are even willing to guarantee their “fools gold”.

Minus shipping and handling, of course!

The seduction of success is a powerful aphrodisiac for those who flirt with the promise of a quick and an easy road to riches.

Yet, the seduction of success violates each principle and every pillar of the Power of Persona Profiling!

The next time you receive an email that asks you to forward it to all your friends so that they can share your good fortune . . .

. . . hit the ‘delete’ button!
