There are 7 elements that make up a Persona Profile.

These 7 elements are:

1. Your emotions
2. Your behavioural patterns
3. Your sociology
4. Your linguistic patterns
5. Your environment
6. The application of your psychology
7. The interpretation of your physiology

However, your new Persona Profile is much more than just a combination of 7 elements in random sequence.

It is about Leadership and Success!

But it is also about some else!

Your Personality Traits!

In fact, you will not succeed as a Leader unless your new Persona Profile is a true, genuine, honest and accurate representation of your Personality Traits!

You cannot assume someone else’s Personality Traits anymore than acquire someone else’s natural talents.

Your personality traits and your personal talents are a gift from your Creator.

They are what make you unique!

These personality traits and talents do not need to be acquired.

They are inherent.

But they can be further developed and refined.

They are the “diamonds in the rough” that will only reach their true value once they’ve been cut and polished to perfection.

Your new Persona Profile does not change your Personality Traits, but IT will develop them to their highest and best value.

Your new Persona Profile does not alter your talents, but IT will augment them with the skills to convert you from a street performer to a concert hall maestro.  

Your new Persona Profile will make some important paradigm shifts in the way you perceive the notion of Leadership.

Your new Persona Profile will challenge and change the common conventions of Leadership.

Your new Persona Profile will re-define the qualities of a Leader.

All of us are born with the inherent qualities of a Leader.

You are no exception!

To deny the “Leader within” is to try and change a Personality Trait.

It cannot be done!

But constant negative conditioning can subdue the “Leader within”.

You can be conditioned to suppress the “Leader within”, just as you can be conditioned to suppress an emotion.

When emotions and Personality Traits are trampled upon, they may retreat and go dormant but they can never be expunged!

Your new Persona Profile will awaken the comatose “Leader within” and re-establish you as the Leader or “the person who would be successful”!

The First Convention of Leadership is to recognize the “Leader within”.

There are two types of Leaders:

1. Internal Leaders
2. External Leaders

Your new Persona Profile draws a clear distinction between your “Internal Leadership” and your “External Leadership”.

Both have a valuable role to play.

Both were conceived and given birth at the same time.

Yet, both are vastly different.

They are fraternal twins!
